Dry Docking oversight
IDEEA provides experienced personnel to support clients for special surveys, dry dock inspections. IDEEA engages with various clients developing an SOW for this schedule out of service interval (Scope of work). IDEEA can help develop quality plans and provide personnel to oversee the execution. Having quality personnel onsite adds tremendous value to the success of a dry docking.
Construction -Design reviews
Design reviews are essential for ensuring that the design meets the project's specifications, goals and objectives.

Pre-commissioning /Commissioning
The successful transition between construction and operation must include the development of procedures, plans, and manuals. Training in these operational areas is also critical in integrating corporate standards into new business areas.
Shipyard Project Management
We will aid with construction oversight efforts with project management for cost control, scheduling, status tracking, and resolution, and other reporting activities. Most projects are turnkey, but if negotiated properly, both shipyard and the Drilling contractor should accept the commissioning or testing of the rig equipment. Often times this allows the client to have a say in the outcome of the acceptance of the equipment testing. When the procedures are reviewed and developed properly this will ensure comprehensive testing of the equipment. The delivery of the vessel in this manner will save Clients and Drilling Contractors time and money.
Labor SupporT
IDEEA’s personnel have been involved with multiple new and refurbishment projects, both industrial and marine. IDEEA is able to provide quality hands-on personnel for many of the craft positions at competitive rates. However, in addition to quality hands-on personnel, , we can also provide a plan to help manage your manpower requirements. IDEEA’s project personnel have on many occasions provided great opportunities to reduce overall project costs by simply reviewing and commenting on project plans. This has resulted in increasing efficiency and ensuring that the right person has been properly placed.
